We recommend checking your package as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything is correct and has arrived in proper condition. If you do not agree with the items delivered, sign and indicate the anomalies you found upon receipt.
Return policy
Milú Perfumería will accept the return of defective products and erroneous shipments. Milú Perfumería will be responsible for shipping costs, provided that the customer communicates Milu Perfumería this circumstance within a period of seven (7) days counted from the date of receipt of the shipment. Once this communication has been made, we will pick up the wrong or defective order at the time and address indicated by the customer.
To return the product, it must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case.
Once the goods have been received at Milú Perfumería and after checking their condition, the product will be changed within 30 working days.
In case the product does not fulfill one of the conditions mentioned above, we will offer you the option to get the product back. All expenses generated by this return, including the transportation of the items, will be borne exclusively by you. If you do not accept this option, Milú Perfumería can keep the articles and the amount of them.

Exceptions: By its constitution, it excludes the return of all types of products related to personal care, makeup, and decorative cosmetics.

Items purchased on the internet: www.perfumeriamilu.com can also be returned at our store Milú Perfumería, Zúñiga street, 8, 47001 Valladolid, Spain.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included in your case. After verification of its condition, we will proceed to change the product.
The shipping costs will only be refundable in case of wrong delivery or defective product.
