Delivery times
Once confirmed the payment of the order, in 24 to 48 hours, for Spain and Portugal (peninsular), you will receive it at the address you have indicated. Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
For your convenience, speed and security, we use Nacex delivery services in Spain and Portugal (Peninsular).
For all other destinations, shipments are made by Priority Mail.
We can deliver your order wherever it is most comfortable for you, whether at your place of work, at home, at a neighbor's house or wherever you prefer.
Nacex will send an SMS to your mobile phone informing you of the delivery method.
In most cases, deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
In case there is no one at the time of delivery, Nacex will leave a message informing you about this delivery attempt and will contact you for a new delivery.
All deliveries require a signature at the time of receipt.

Availability
We check daily that all products that appear on the web are available. However, occasionally there may be an exceptional demand for certain items, which may delay the shipment. Customers will be advised of this eventuality. Milu Perfumería will not be responsible, in any case, of the possible delays that could arise.
